    Elise is a business strategist and systems designer with experience in the U.S. and EU markets across agency, start-up, and advisory sectors. She’s worked with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to nimble start-ups and won awards like The Webby | Best Activism - Public Choice and National Design Award for Communication Design.

    A researcher at heart, she’s here to help true impact shine by aligning people and ideas to illuminate a path forward.

    Arielle is a strategist and brand builder with 10 years of experience in the U.S. & LATAM markets. She has led social media and marketing in-house for fashion, beauty, health, and wellness brands including e.l.f. Cosmetics, One Golden Thread, Adamo Bioscience and launched 2 of her own brands in luxury wellness and CPG.

  • Community, Ethics & UX Strategist

    Audrey Banks is the Founder and Director of ALLinONE, a real estate development company focused on community revitalization and local, socio- economic development efforts. She has 10 years of experience in UX Design & Research, directing and founding multiple UX teams across several companies, including the Uber Elevate project, where she supported in the founding design of a flying car. 

    Her work maintains a non-negotiable human-centered approach focused on the individual user and their need to self-actualize and how this is shaped, informed and supported by experiences in both digital and physical environments. 

    She has most recently and notably led and co-developed the 12-million dollar renovation of an abandoned church in Flatbush, Brooklyn into a 30,000 sq-ft community and cultural development center. She has worked in New York City real estate for 6 years, and has converted 3 large properties into spaces for communal and social impact.
